Frequently Asked Questions
How do you coach?
My coaching style combines clear, ethical structure with intuitive, grounded presence. As your coach, it is not my role to give you advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I facilitate a space to help you look beneath the surface, identify where you get stuck, and navigate complex challenges with greater awareness.
We work with the intelligence of both the mind and the body, exploring new perspectives while staying rooted in what is actually happening for you in the present moment. Together, we clarify practical, sustainable ways forward that honour your needs and boundaries.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
While both offer spaces for deep reflection, they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing, processing past trauma, or managing mental health conditions.
Coaching is designed for moments when you are functional, but feel stuck, disconnected, or ready for change. We focus on building self-awareness, working through current challenges, and developing the agency to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you. If during our work I feel you would be better supported by a therapist or other specialist, I will always communicate that openly with you.
What happens during a discovery call?
A discovery call is a free, no-obligation 30-minute conversation to see if we are a good fit to work together. We will discuss what you are navigating right now, what you hope to get out of coaching, and answer any questions you have. If we choose to move forward, we will decide on when and how often to schedule sessions.
What are your credentials?
